• Technical support to marketing / sales for order acquisition
• Interaction with client, consultant for Initial Documentation
• Electrical Design as per the Industry standards
• System engineering. Mechanical Engineer with Interest in Controls Engg.
• Coordination with sales, Engineering & manufacturing
• Panel Assembly and start up. Field wiring and continuity Test
• Application Engineering for metal cutting applications
• PLC Ladder development. CNC Part Program Development
• CNC / Drive parameter configuration
• Factory acceptance test & software simulation test
• Commissioning of CNCs, automation & Instrumentation
• Proveout for jobs. Integration of CAD / CAM and CAE Modules
• Maintenance of the commissioned equipments
• Customer training & documentation for operation & maintenance of machine
• Project management
• ISO implementation at each stage of project / service

This position offers challenging opportunities in Metal Cutting engineering right from conceptualization stage to detailing & consequent commissioning.

• The candidate must be committed to execute the work at hand. BE from Mech. / Electrical or Power Electronics, BE / Diploma from Mechatronics.
• The candidate should have sound knowledge in the field of Metal Cutting and Machine tools Industry.
• Must be willing to  uniquely integrate mechanical , electronics, control, software, and computer engineering for the development of electromechanical products and systems used in a range of industries including automotive, manufacturing, robotics, biomedical, service, aerospace, consumer electronics, and countless others
• Should posses good communication skills & be highly customer focused
• Commissioning / trouble shooting of products at site on service calls from customers provide timely & effective service of CNC Systems
• Retrofitting & repair of product service selling product training to customer
• Knowledge of Various Machining process such as turning, milling, grinding, hobbing, shaping, superfinishing
• 1 to 5 years of experience in handling system & solution projects
• Siemens PLC / CNC knowledge will added advantage
• Formal training of mechatronics is added advantage to execute the job
• Candidates having passport will be given preference
• A self-starter by nature who has passion for industrial automation
